• Arrival and departure
  Arrival: from 4 pm or by appointment 
  Departure: In order to prepare the accommodation for the next guests, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 9 o'clock on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer on your day of departure, we request that you clarify this with us to see if it is possible. Thank you for your understanding. 
  Pick-up service: We are located about 4 km from the village centre. We are happy to pick you up at the train station on arrival and return you for your departure (on request). 
   
• Settling the bill

  Deposit:
  We are happy to receive a written reservation via e-mail. For a binding reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% within one week of booking.

  Balance payment:
  On arrival in cash or by bank transfer.

• Tourist tax: The local tax of 2,10 € per person and day is charged separately and for all guests over 14 years.

• General
  No-smoking policy: We request that you refrain from smoking in the apartments & the cabin. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. 
  W-Lan is available free of charge. 
  Hiking poles, hiking maps, toboggan, rucksack, bicycle rental. 
  Fresh from nature: Fresh fruits and vegetables on request and subject to availability. Our guests are also welcome to help themselves to herbs from our herb barrel. 
  Farm tour & barn visits, and assisting on the farm, on request. 
  Final cleaning included in the price. 
  Wood for the wood stove in the kitchen is available in the wood hut. 
   
• Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass – travel for free with ease 
  With us, it’s already included free of charge: the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass. It lets you travel throughout the region at no cost – by bus, train, or selected cable cars. No ticket purchase, no hassle, no searching for parking – just hop on and go!

    Use the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass:

1. Travel for free on the Berg-Nesselbahn cable car on Mt. Gitschberg in Meransen and on the Jochtal cable car in Vals, from 14 May to 10 July 2026 and from 13 September to 7 November 2026 
2. Travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol
3. Get free rides on the Almbus shuttle bus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp
4. Use the ski bus service for free in winter
5. Participate in an exciting activity programme

• Washing, drying and ironing facilities
  On request, our washing machine can be used (€ 4.00 per wash or € 8,00 per wash + dryer). A clothes horse for drying laundry is available.
  Change of towels: If you would like fresh towels during your stay, please contact us, and we can change them. 
   
• Bus routes
  Every hour from Weitental village (4 km away). You can also take a train from Vintl, which runs half-hourly on weekdays. If you require more detailed information, we are happy to help. 
   
• Shopping
  Weitental village (4 km away): Despar in Weitental village centre (below the church) is open Mon-Fri from 7:30 am to 12 midday and from 2:30 pm to 6.30 pm. Additionally on Saturday from 7:30 am to 12 midday.

• Cancellation policy:
  • Reservations are binding after our written confirmation and after receipt of a deposit.
  • Up to 30 days before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
  • In case of cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price.
  • In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.
